According to the Office Report, despite pointing out of the defects vide communication dated 26.02.2018, the defects have not been cured.
The petitioner is granted three weeks' time to cure the defects subject to depositing Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) by way of costs with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee. The costs be deposited within two weeks' from today.
In case the costs are not deposited and/or the defects are not cured within the time specified, the matter shall stand dismissed
for non-prosecution, without further reference to the Court.
