Ld.counsel representing advocate Ms.Kiran Suri seeks four weeks time for curing the defects in the Substitution Application. It is submitted by the Ld.counsel for respondent Nos. 15, 16, 17 in SLP(C) No.3586/11 that counter affidavit has been filed which may be treated as counter affidavit of the above same respondents who are respondent Nos.16, 17 and 18 in SLP(C) No.8628/11. This is recorded. It is further seen that some of the unserved respondents are common respondents in other cases and are served and appearing through counsel. If that be so, each of the petitioner of such cases are directed to serve notice on the unserved respondents on the counsel who has

appeared in the connected case and file proof. All the served respondents are granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit. List the matter on 14.12.2011.
