Service is complete. Being complete matter, process the same before the Hon'ble Court.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps for the service of notice to Respondent Nos. 3 to 12, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31 to 33 despite opportunities. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders. List thereafter.

However, Dr. Monika Gussain, Ld. Counsel submits that there is change of Advocate for State of Haryana and she will be filing vaklatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.1 (State of Haryana.)

As per office report, Ld. Counsel for petitioner has not filed fresh particulars and has not taken fresh steps in respect of Respondent Nos.6 and proposed Lr. Nos. 32(i)(a) to 32(i)(c).

Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that Respondent No.6 has been served and copy of proof of service was also shown by the Ld. Counsel in the Open Court, as per which the process was served on 18.2.2016 and the same was filed in the Court on 8.6.2016. Registry to verify the same and report accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of two weeks file the fresh particulars of proposed Lr. Nos. 32(i)(a) to 32(i)(c) and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period prescribed above.

List again on 11.5.2022.
