It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Ranbir Singh Yadav, Advocate on 06.02.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 521, 526, 531, 3537, 6786 and 6787 of 2013 (O & M).
It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 03.11.2015 was within time but there was a delay of 74 days in refiling the SLP and the same was condoned by the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) on 04.07.2016.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) Nos. 1782117824 of 2016 @ CC Nos.1043610439 of 2016 Entitled Indirawati @ Indro Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. as both are arising out of common order.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
