It is submitted that Mr.Tarun Gupta , Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 8.2.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 3.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 263, 8489, 657, 912, 2836/2012, 474, 541545, 92628, 930, 93241, 943, 945, 949, 951, 955, 1069, 1219, 139091, 139395, 1397, 2464, 2605, 3377,6842 of 2013 and RFA NO. 827, 2315 and 4438/2015 alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner/appellant No.1 namely Shyamo in RFA No. 657/2012, Appellant No. 6 namely Smt. Chand Kaur in RFA No.912/2012, Appellant NO. 2 namely Bhup Singh in RFA No. 543/2013 & 1395/2013, Appellant No. 4 namely Satish Kumar in RFA No. 544/2013 & 545/2013, Applellant No. 1 Rampat in RFA No. 928/2013 & 939/2013, Appellant No. 1 Chander Bhan in RFA No. 933/2013 which is barred by time by 862 days in RFA No. 544 & 545/2013, 477 days in RFA No. 928 & 939/2013 and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 3.11.2015 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 87 days in refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No.12648/2016 Entitled SURESH DEVI AND ORS. vs STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS. arising out of common order was directed on 6.5.2016 by the Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 6.5.2016 is enclosed herewith).The main matter is SLP (C) No. 11275/2016.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
