It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Tarun Gupta, Advocate on 26.02.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 558, 559, 560, 561, 562, 563, 2201, 8695, 8696, 8697, 8698 of 2014 (O & M) and 885 of 2015 (O&M) alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased Appellant No.12 in RFA No. 2201 of 2014 (O & M) namely Katar Singh, Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 8695 of 2014 (O & M) and Appellant No. 3 in RFA No. 8698 of 2014 (O & M) namely Jagbir Singh, Appellant No. 3 in RFA No.

8695 of 2014 (O & M) and Appellant No. 2 in RFA No. 8698 of 2014 (O & M) namely Dharamvir Singh @ Dharambir and Appellant No. 2 in RFA No. 8697 of 2014 (O & M) and Appellant No. 6 in RFA No. 8698 of 2014 (O & M) namely Bijender Singh which are barred by time by 2155, 8 and 358 days respectively except Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 8695 of 2014 (O & M) and Appellant No. 3 in RFA No. 8698 of 2014 (O & M) namely Jagbir Singh and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 4 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 70 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 74 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) CC Nos. 1118511186 Entitled Jagmal @ Jagpal Etc. Versus State Of Haryana And Ors arising out of similar issue is pending.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 11275 of 2016 @ CC No. 5690 of 2016 Entitled Rajbir And Ors Versus State Of Haryana And Ors arising out of similar issue was directed on 11.04.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 11.04.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
