It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Anjani Kumar Mishra, Advocate on 08.02.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 2736, 2737 & 1193 of 2013 (O&M) along with the application for exemption from filing official translation.
It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for subsitution of deceased Appellant namely Taken in RFA No. 1193 of 2013 (O&M).
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP in RFA Nos. 2736 and 2737 of 2013 and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 2 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 72 days in refiling the
SLP. There is a total delay of 74 days in filing and refiling the SLP.
It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) CC. Nos. 9220-9223 of 2016 Entitled " Raj Kumar And Anr Etc Versus State Of Haryana And Ors Etc " arising out of similar issue was directed on 29.06.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 29.06.2016 is enclosed herewith).
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
