It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Ms. Anjani Kumar Mishra, Advocate on 03.03.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 5282 of 2011 (O&M) and RFA No. 4101 of 2008.
It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 03.11.2015 was within time but there was a delay of 55 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar IB on 03.05.2016.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC Nos. 86348635 of 2016 Entitled Rajender Singh Etc. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors. Etc as both are arising out of common order.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
