It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Ranjan Mukherjee, Advocate on 05.07.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 4507 of 2013 (O&M) barred by time by 134 days along with the application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 16344 of 2016 @ CC No. 11524/2016 Entitled Ram Rati And Ors Versus State Of Haryana And Ors arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.06.2016, when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue of notice. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 29.06.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 22.08.2016 filed copies of additional document i.e judgment in RFA No. 1854 of 2002 as per his undertaking letter dated 28.07.2016. Copies of the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
