It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr.U.S Prasad, Advocate on 9.3.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 3.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 3379, 4579, 4580/2012 and 516/2013 barred by time by 28 days along with the application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.
It is further submitted that SLP (C)CC No. 5690/2016 Entitled RAJBIR AND ORS vs STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS as both are arising out of similar issue.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order dated 17.11.2005, 7.2.2006, 10.3.2011 and 18.3.2008 and exhibits. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 4.4.2016 stating therein that the same are not relevant at this stage requested to list the matter at his own risk.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
