UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R In a matter of "State of Uttaranchal versus Sandeep Kumar Singh and others", reported in (2010) 12 SCC 794, question with regard to domicile of an employee has been referred to a larger Bench of this Court. We have been given to understand that so far the larger Bench has not been constituted. That being 2 so, it is desirable to await the opinion of the larger Bench.
