The matter above mentioned has been filed by Mr. O.P. Bhadani, Advocate on behalf of Petitioner against the impugned Judgment and final Order dated 05.08.2015 of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in Criminal Misc. Application (for Regular Bail) No. 14466 of 2015.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 115 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and the same is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay in filing the same.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 10713 of 2015 (arising out of Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 21169 of 2015) arising out of same FIR/criminal case was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.12.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and when listed on 11.01.2016, the matter was adjourned. Copies of the Record of Proceedings dated 14.12.2015 and 11.01.2016 are enclosed herewith for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The application above mentioned is, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
