PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CRL.) NO. 10713 OF 2015
The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.12.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Permission to file special leave petition is granted. Issue notice by speed post, returnable on 11.01.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to this Court's order quoted above, the instant matter has been tagged with Special Leave Petition (CRL.) No. 10713 of 2015 arising out of Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 21169 of 2015.
Accordingly, Show Cause Notice was issued to both the respondents through Speed Post only on 08.01.2016.
Service of the show cause notice is awaited.
