Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On instructions, it has been stated before us on behalf of the respondent – State that the names of petitioner No.5 - Kshitej Bahl and Iqbal Khan have not surfaced at the moment in the investigation made by the concerned authorities.

We have gone through the criminal miscellaneous petitions Nos.15614-15/2016 which have been filed before us.

We only modify our order passed by this Court on 10.08.2016 to the extent that the FIR bearing No.179/2012 and MECR No.8/12 are hereby quashed inter-se the parties to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.07.2014.

In view of that, criminal miscellaneous petitions Nos.15614-15/2016 are disposed of.
