The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 18.07.2016, when the following Order was passed:

" Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent No.1 shall be taken by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the concerned Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within the period provided above.

List the matter again on 29.08.2016."

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice by usual mode as well as by Dasti through Trial Court was issued to unserved Respondent No. 1 on 12.08.2016. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back so far (Tracking report is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed any affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service and neither received any process server report from the Trial Court so far.

Service of show cause notice on Respondent No. 1 is incomplete.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
