"Await service of respondent Nos.1, 8, 15 to 18, 21, 22, 30, 32, 44, 47 and 53. Petitioner to furnish the fresh and complete address of respondent Nos.2, 4 to 7, 12 to 14, 25, 28, 31, 37, 40, 45, 46, 49, 51, 52, 54, 3, 11, 19, 24, 26, 29, 33, 34, 38, 36, 41, 42, 43, 48 and 50 within three weeks. Notice thereafter be issued. Notice thereafter be issued.

Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent No.39 within three weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.

Nobody appears for respondent Nos.9, 10, 20, 23, 27, 30 and 35 despite due service. List again on 25.4.2016."

It is submitted that neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1, 8, 1518, 2122, 30, 32, 44, 47 and 53.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has neither filed fresh and complete address nor filed spare copies of SLP for effecting service on unserved respondent Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 1114, 19, 2426 28, 29, 31, 3334, 3638, 4043, 4546, 4852 and

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps upon respondent No. 39. But no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 9, 10, 20, 23, 27, 30 and 35.

Service of show cause notice is not complete.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
