It is submitted that neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1, 8, 1518, 2122, 30, 32, 44, 47, 53.

It is further submitted that unserved cover containing notices have been received back from respondents with remarks as follows.

1. Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 1214, 25, 28, 31, 37, 40, 45, 46, 49, 51, 52, 54 – 'No such teacher.' 2. Respondent Nos. 3, 11, 19, 24, 26, 29 – 'No such Address.'

2. Respondent Nos. 33, 34, 38 – 'Retired and address not known.'

3. Respondent Nos. 36 – 'Incomplete Address.'

4. Respondent Nos. 39 – 'Remarks not clear.'

5. Respondent Nos. 41, 42 and 48 – 'Left.'

6. Respondent Nos. 43 & 50 – 'NO such primary

school.'

It is further submitted that A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos.9, 10, 20, 23, 27, 30 & 35 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on their behalf.

Service of show cause notice is complete on Respondent Nos. 9, 10, 20, 23, 27, 30 and 35 and not complete on rest of respondents.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with the Office report.
