It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate on 12.06.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 04.11.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in LPA No. 1765 of 2014 (O&M).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 115 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 14 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 129 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 17929 of 2015 @ CC No. 9641 of 2015 Entitled State of Haryana & Anr. Versus Mahender Singh & Ors. arising out of common relied upon order was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 03.07.2015. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 03.07.2015 is enclosed herewith). (main C.A. No. 321/2015).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 13.10.2015 furnished copy of order dated 10.09.2014 as per her undertaking letter dated 20.08.2015. Copy of the order is circulated with this office report.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
