We are informed that there are 652 posts of Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant which are required to be filled up as on today.

There are 27 appellants before us in this appeal.

In the circumstances, we permit the respondents to fill up the above-mentioned posts, however, subject to the condition that they shall not fill up 27 posts.
