We are informed that there are 652 posts of Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant which are required to be filled up as on today.

There are 196 appellants before us in these appeals.

In the circumstances, we permit the respondents to fill up the above mentioned posts, however, subject to the condition that they shall not fill up 196 posts.
