It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 25.11.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP (C) No. 8312/2016 alongwith applications for permission to file SLP (registered as I.A. Nos. 1-22) and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.
It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 30550/2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.10.2016 alongwith connected matters, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave. Accordingly the same has been registered as Civil Appeal No. 10513/2016. Copy of order dated 28.10.2016 is enclosed herewith.
