UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER Both the parties without prejudice to their rights and contentions agree that Justice S.C. Agrawal, retired Judge of this Court be appointed as the sole arbitrator to decide all their disputes including the question of existence of the arbitration agreement. We, accordingly, dispose of the matter by appointing Shri Justice S.C. Agrawal, retired Judge of this Court as the sole arbitrator. All the questions are left open.
