In the meanwhile, the process pursuant to the auction notice dated 30.05.2023, in so far as the Pobari Block, to the extent to 15:51:36 IST Reason:
which the applicant was earlier granted the lease and is the subject matter herein, shall not be finalised even if the bidding process dated 03.07.2023 is held and concluded.
Further, it is made clear that no third party interest in respect of the subject property shall be created in the meanwhile.
