Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent Nos. 3,12,26,28,36,38,44, 50, 66, 71 and 74 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks, as last chance. List again on 2.8.2016."

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that Counsel for the petitioner has filed the copies of pleadings accordingly fresh show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 3, 12, 26, 28, 36, 38, 44, 50, 66, 71 and 74. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 3, 12, 26, 28, 36, 38, 44, 50, 66, 71 and 74 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3, 12, 26, 28, 36, 38, 44, 50, 66, 71 and 74.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this office report.
