The delay has been satisfactorily explained by the Ld.counsel. Therefore, the same is condoned, and, accordingly, notice shall be issued to the respondents with utmost dispatch.

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that in pursuance of the order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to all the 76 respondents through registered A.D. post. Mr. Mohit D. Ram, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25, 34, 35, 37, 40, 41, 42, 43, 49, 51, 52, 54, 57, 58, 59, 60, 62, 63, 64, 65, 69, 70, 72 and 73. Mr. Mohit D. Ram, Advocate has on 11.1.2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1. Mr. Mohit D. Ram, Counsel has on 26.1.2016 filed a letter stating therein that he represents abovementioned respondents and these respondents wish to reply on the same counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and do not wish to file a separate counter affidavit and as such the said counter affidavit may be treated on behalf of all the abovementioned respondents. Mr. Sajith P., Advocate has on

22.12.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 21, 33, 46, 75 and 76 but has not filed the counter affidavit so far. Mr. Vinodh Kanna B., Advocate has on 04.01.2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 67 but has not filed the counter affidavit so far. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2, 6, 19, 24, 27, 29, 30, 31, 32, 39, 45, 47, 48, 53, 55, 56, 61 and 68 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 3, 12, 16, 26, 28, 36, 38, 44, 50, 66, 71 and 74 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3, 12, 16, 26, 28, 36, 38, 44, 50, 66, 71 and 74.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this office report.
