UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Issue notice returnable in eight weeks.
Final proceedings for determination of mesne profits to continue. However, the order which may be passed by the Commissioner for taking Accounts, Bombay High Court, shall not be given effect to without leave of this Court.
In the meantime, status quo in respect to possession of the premises, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties.
