SLP (C) CC No. 14940-14943 of 2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgments and Orders dated 06.10.2015 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in CWP Nos. 7109/2013, 8674/2013, 9516/2014, 3400/2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 141 days) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 19637 of 2016 arising out of CC No. 8300 of 2016 arising out of Common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 19.07.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of the Petition CWP Nos. 8674/13, 9516/14 and 3400/15. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 06.08.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 195 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

SLP (C) CC No. 15198-15200 of 2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgments and Orders dated 14.10.2015 in CWP No. 4104/2015 and 28.10.2015 in CWP Nos. 4254 & 4266 of 2015 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 96, 117 & 126 days respectively) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of Annexure P-15 mentioned in the impugned Order. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 06.08.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 219 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

SLP (C) CC No. 14986 of 2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 06.10.2015 in CWP No. 6505 of 2013 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 132 days respectively) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of Exhibits mentioned in the impugned Order. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 02.08.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 162 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of Similar issue/Common Order.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
