It is submitted that counsel appearing for sole Respondent has already filed counter affidavit and the instant matter to be listed before Hon'ble Court alongwith connected matter in view of Ld. Registrar court's Order dated 11.12.2015.

SLP(C) No. 30265, 30268, 30271 & 30274/2015:-

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.10.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C)....CC No.18845/2014. Till the next date of hearing, the operation of the impugned judgment shall remain stayed."

It is submitted that pursuant to above said order, show cause notice to sole respondent in all the above said matters was issued on 02.11.2015.

It is submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice to sole respondent has been received.

Service is not complete on sole respondent.

SLP(C) No. 30268/2015:-

It is submitted that A.D. card duly signed by sole respondent has been received but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) No. 30271/2015:-

It is submitted that Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of sole respondent but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) No. 30274/2015:-

It is submitted that Mr. Y. P. Dhingra, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of sole respondent but has not filed counter affidavit so far.
