The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 28.01.2015 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh bench at Indore in W.P No. 11720 of 2013 and 9918 of 2013.

It is submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kumar, advocate for the petitioner has on 27.03.2015 filed application seeking permission to place additional facts/documents along with annexure A1 to A5. The same is registered as I.A. No.34 copy of the same is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Mr. Naveen Kumar, Advocate has filed caveat on behalf of Respondent No. 1. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner has on 30.03.2015 filed proof of service after serving the document on Mr. Naveen Kumar, Advocate who has filed caveat on behalf of Respondent No. 1.

It is lastly submitted that Ms. Pratibha Jain, Advocate has on 30.03.2015 filed caveat on behalf of Respondent No. 6, cavate notice has been issued to the counsel, proof of service of S.L.P upon caveator is awaited.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
