It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Dinkar Kalra, Advocate on 02.01.2017 against the Judgment and Order dated 17.02.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 2534 of 2002 (O & M) barred by time by 230 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order.

It is further submitted that leave in SLP (C) Nos. 13141347 of 2005 Entitled Union of India & Ors. Versus Jagir Singh & Ors. referred to on page 'F' of List of dates is pending was granted on 24.10.2008 by Hon'ble Court. The same is registered as Civil Appeal Nos. 62896322 of 2008 and is pending (Copy of order dated 24.10.2008 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
