It is humbly submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 6289-6322, 6323, 6325-6400 and 6401 of 2008 and SLP (C) No. 34256-34265 of 2013 are filed by Union of India challenging the impugned order whereby the High Court has upheld the order of the Reference Court enhancing the compensation to Rs. 1400 per Marla, whereas Civil Appeal No. 6324 of 2008, on behalf of the appellant-landowner is for further enhancement of compensation.

Respondent Nos.1 to 4, 1 to 3 and 2 to 4 in C.A. No.6294, 6311 and 6312 are represented through Mr. Ashok Mathur, Advocate. Remaining respondents have been served with notice at SLP stage but no one has entered appearance so far.

There are three respondents each in Civil Misc. 2153 CI of 2005 in RFA No. 2047 of 1990 and Civil Misc. No.2155 CI of 2005 in RFA No.2047 of 1990 is represented through Mr. Nikhil Nayyar, Advocate. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are common respondents and they have been served with notice at SLP stage but no one has entered appearance so far.

C.A. No. 6323 of 2008

There are four respondents. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are represented through Mr. D.S. Mehra, Advocate. Respondent No.3 & 4 have been served with notice at SLP stage but no one has entered appearance so far.

Remaining respondents have been served with notice at SLP stage but no one have entered appearance so far. Service is complete.
