UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The present Special Leave Petition, as such, arises out of the interim order passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay dated 02.12.2021 in Civil Writ Petition No. 6356 of 2021.

Pursuant to our earlier order, the High Court has now finally decided and disposed of W.P No. 6356 of 2021 and has allowed the same on 13.04.2022.

In that view of the matter, without expressing anything on merits on the legality and validity of the subsequent order passed by the High Court allowing W.P. No. 6356 of 2021, we dispose of the present Special Leave Petition as having become fructuous. Digitally signed by R Natarajan Date: 2022.04.27 16:37:02 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner(s) to challenge the said order and as and when the same is preferred, the same may be considered in accordance with law and on its own merits.

With this, the Special Leave Petition stands disposed of.

Accordingly, no orders are required to be passed in the IA for directions at this stage and the same also stands disposed of.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
