2015, when she was inter alia pleased to pass the following order:

Service of respondent nos. 6,7,9 to 11 and 13 is complete but none has entered appearance except for respondent no.6. Ld. Counsel, Mr Shashank Shekhar appearing on behalf of Mr Chandra Prakash, Advocate-on-record has entered appearance on his behalf. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within the respective stipulated time.

Petitioner has yet to file affidavit as proof of service on respondent nos. 8,12,14 and 16. Be filed within three weeks time.

Registry to report the status of the remaining respondent nos. 1 to 5.

SLP(C) NO.36482-83, 36486 OF 2014

Petitioner has not filed the affidavit as proof of service with respect to respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 6 to 9, 11 to 16. Be filed within three weeks time.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 5 and 10 is still awaited. Be filed within four weeks time as last opportunity.

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that Mr. Ramesh Babu, counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has on 24.8.2015 filed counter-affidavit in SLP (C) No. 28965 of 2014 on behalf of Respondent No. 1 (State of Kerala) beyond the time granted by Ld. Registrar. Mr. Chandra Prakash, Advocate has not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and counter-affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 6. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 7, 9, 11 and 13 so far. Mr. Abid Ali Beeran P., Advocate has on 06.08.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 10(Common in both SLP's) but has not filed the counter-affidavit so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 8, 12, 14, 15 and 16.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 8, 12, 14, 15 and 16 so far.

It is lastly submitted that Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 5 are represented by Mr.

Ramesh Babu M.R., Advocate and Mr. Mritunjay Kumar Sinha, Advocate Respectively.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 8, 12, 14, 15 and

SLP(C) Nos. 3648283 AND 36486 OF 2014

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th December, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Permission to file SLP(s) is granted. Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable within six weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Mr. Aljo K. Joseph, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 10. Until further orders the petitioner may not be reverted pursuant to impugned judgment dated 16th December, 2013 passed by the High Court of Kerala in W.P. No. 2706 of 2009. Tag with SLP(C) No. 7556 of 2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all common 16 respondents on

22.01.2015 through registered A.D. post as well as dasti. Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., Mr.

Gaurav Sharma, Mr. Abid Ali Beeran P., Advocates has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of

appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5 and 10 respectively but not filed

respective counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. nor unserved covers containing show cause

notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 4, 6 to 9, 11 to 16.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of dasti and affidavit of valuation so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 4, 6 to 9 and 11 to

SLP(C) Nos. 6951, 6952 AND 6953 OF 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23rd February,

2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

SLP (C)......CC NO. 2414/2015 Permission to file special leave petition is granted. Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable within six weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Mr. Aljo K.Joseph, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Sudha Gupta, Advocate-on-Record accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1. No notice will be issued on respondent No.1. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder Affidavit to the same be filed within two weeks thereafter. In the meantime, the petitioners may not be reverted from their

respective posts pursuant to the impugned judgment dated 16th December, 2013 passed by the High Court of Kerala in Writ Appeal No. 2706 of 2009.

It is submitted that usual as well as dasti notice was issued to all the 16 respondents. Mr. Abid Ali Beeran, counsel for Respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. M.T. George, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 but counter affidavit not filed so far. A.D. card has been received in respect of Respondent No. 15. Neither A.D. nor unserved notice has been received in respectof Respondent Nos. 6 to 14 & 16. Counsel for the petitioner has neither filed affidavit of service nor affidavit of valuation. Counsel for the petitioner has filed application for deletion of performa respondent Nos. 7, 8, 10 to 14 and 16 from the array of parties and has been updated for listing before Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on 6 to 14 & 16.

SLP(C) No. 6952 OF 2015

It is submitted that usual as well as dasti notice was issued to all the nine respondents. A.D. card has been received in respect of Respondent No. 2 but no one has entered appearance. Mr. M.T. Goerge, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but counter affidavit not filed so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of service so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3 to 9.

SLP(C) No. 6953 OF 2015

It is submitted that usual as well as dasti notice was issued to all the 16 respondents. Mr. Abid Ali Beeran, has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but counter affidavit not filed so far. Mr. M.T. George, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 but counter affidavit not filed so far. A.D. card duly served has been received in respect of Respondent No. 9 but no one has entered appearance. Neither A.D. nor unserved notice has been received in respectof Respondent Nos. 6 to 8 and 10-16. Counsel for the petitioner has neither filed affidavit of dasti service nor affidavit of valuation so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for deletion of performa respondent Nos. 7, 8, 10, 11 to 14 and 16 and the same has been updated for listing before Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on 6 to 8 and 10 to 16.
