Respondent Nos.1 to 4 have filed counter affidavit in SLP(C) No.28965/2014 but the same is still awaited in SLP(C) No.28968/2014, though the counsel is same.

Counter affidavit of respondent No.5 is awaited. Be filed within four weeks' time, as last opportunity.

Neither vakalatnama nor the counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.6 has been filed, despite the undertaking given on the last date of hearing. Service was otherwise complete. None is present as on date.

Service of respondent Nos.7, 9, 11 and 13 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Affidavit of service qua the remaining unserved respondent Nos.8, 12, 14, 15 and 16 has yet not been filed. Be filed within four weeks.
