UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Among 16 respondents, respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 5 have failed to file counter affidavit, despite last opportunity. Further opportunity is hereby declined.

Service with respect to respondent Nos.6, 7, 9 to 11 and 13 is complete but none has entered appearance.

With respect to respondent Nos.8, 12, 14 and 16, affidavit with proof of dasti service is awaited. Two weeks' time is granted for the same.

Registry to update the database with respect to the names of the Ld. Counsel, who have entered appearance, in the Cause List.

The Ld. Advocate, Mr.K.N. Bhargavan, appearing on behalf of Mr. V.K. Sidharthan, Advocate-on-record has appeared for the impleader. It is perused that an application for impleadment has been filed which has already been registered as I.A. No.10. However, in view of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 9.2.2015, the said application has to be listed alongwith the main matter itself. SLP(C) No. 36486 and 36482-36483/2014
