"Transfer the Matrimonial Case "M.C. No. 5786/2021 titled as "Vishal Sharma V. Priya Indoria" pending before the III, Addl. Prl. Judge, PRINCIPAL JUDGE, FAMILY COURT, Bangalore (Karnataka), to the court of ADJ, Chirawa, Jhunjhunu, (Rajasthan)"

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(wife) and the learned counsel for the respondent(husband).

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that the petitioner has made out a case for ordering the transfer as prayed for. The transfer petition is allowed in terms of the prayer.

Registry to communicate a copy of this order to the transferor Court for effecting compliance.
