UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The petitioner (wife) seeks transfer of the Divorce case filed by the respondent (husband) pending before the Family court, Bangalore to ADJ, Chirawa, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.

Mr. Rishi Matoliya, learned counsel submits that the petitioner was subjected to cruelty in the matrimonial home and was thrown out on 02.06.2021 and thereafter she had to shift to her parental home at Chirawa.

The petitioner is currently working from home for a Mumbai based firm whereas the respondent too is gainfully employed. He is regularly travelling to his ancestral home in Rajasthan. Digitally signed by Anita Malhotra Date: 2022.03.16 17:15:01 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

The petitioner has filed an FIR against the respondent and her in-laws in January, 2022 in the Chirawa Police Station and the respondent is required to attend to those proceedings in Rajasthan.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in the Matrimonial Case "M.C. No. 5786/2021 titled as "Vishal Sharma vs. Priya Indoria" pending before the III, Addl. Prl. Judge, Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore (Karnataka).
