It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 19.07.2013 & 13.12.2013 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in W.P. No. 4031 of 1999 & R. P. No. 638 of 2013 in W.P. No. 4031 of 1999 respectively. Matter filed against order dated 19.07.2013 is barred by time by 134 days and matter filed against order dated 13.12.2013 is within time. The matters were found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 08.04.2015 refiled the matters after curing the defects which are barred by time by 438 days.

`It is submitted that It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 11642 of 1999 referred to in Para 1 of Impugned Order of page no. 2 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23.08.1999, when the Court dismiss the same. Copy of order dated 23.08.1999 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that for the information of the Hon'ble Court that in view of undertaking letter dated Nil, counsel for the petitioner has on 28.07.2015 filed requisite copy of order dated 17.03.1999, 05.04.1999, 30.01.2004 and 11.08.2010 and the same is being circulated herewith.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
