The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 16.02.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

" Respondent No.3 has already filed the counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have filed the counter affidavit but failed to file the vakalatnama. Four weeks time is granted to file the vakalatnama.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent No. 4 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 28.9.2015 of this Court in respect of Respondent Nos. 5 and 11.

List again on 6.4.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. B. K. Prasad, Advocate has filed counter-affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1 to 3 has not filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 so far. Fresh show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 4, 5 & 11 (Respondent Nos. 5 & 11 at fresh address) was issued on 11.03.2016. Unserved cover in respect of Respondent No. 5 has been received with postal remarks "Not found". Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 4 & 11 so far. None of Respondent Nos. 6 to 10 have been deleted vide Hon'ble Chamber-in-Judge Order dated 15.12.2015.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 11 so far.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
