UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

As per High Court report the respondent No.3 has been served, but one has entered appearance.

In respect of respondent Nos.8 & 34, the High Court report is that "insufficient address". However, Ld.counsel for the appellant has filed the dasti proof, but the same is defective as affidavit in support of proof is not filed. Four weeks time is given to do the needful.

List the matter again on 20.08.2018.
