UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R We have heard Mr. Dinesh Dwivedi, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants, and Mr. K. Parameshwar, learned counsel for respondent no.1. It is submitted that the High Court has directed deletion of marks for three questions and to re-evaluate and declare the result after ignoring the marks for the said three questions and adjusting the marks against other questions. It is also 2 submitted that in absence of any fraud or malafides or patent error in conduct of exam, interference by the High Court was not called for. We find prima facie merit in the contention.
