The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Manoj R. Sinha, appearing on behalf of Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate-on-record appears for respondent No.12. He seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. He further submits that he has not received the complete set of pleadings. Vakalatnama be filed within two weeks. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of complete set of pleadings to the Ld.
