The ld. Counsel for the petitioner and the ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 are present.

Respondent No.1 has not filed the counter affidavit though two opportunities have already been provided to him on that count. No further opportunity is warranted to be given to the ld. Counsel for filing the same keeping into consideration the requirement of rules. Service is complete as against the respondent Nos. 2 to

5 but nobody has cast appearance on their behalf. Since the matter is a complete one, appropriate steps shall therefore be taken by the Registry for listing the same
