The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30th March, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. The learned counsel for the respondents have accepted notice on behalf of the contesting respondents, who have taken notice. In so far as the State Government and MHADA are concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted serve the notice upon the learned counsel for the State and take out notice to MHADA and on the learned counsel, who is appearing in the concerned matters.

Interim order passed by the High Court in Appeal (L) No. 672 of 2014 in Notice of Motion No. 1352 of 2013 in Suit No. 730 of 2013 shall continue till the next date of hearing.

List the matter on 29.04.2015 along with SLP (C) No. 33361 of 2013 at the TOP of the Board."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the sixtytwo respondents by registered A.D. post on 16.04.2015. M/S Chirag M. Shroff, E.C. Agrawala and Shiv Sagar Tiwari, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5, respectively and they have not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 3, 10, 11, 15, 18,1 9,20 ,21, 22, 23,2 4, 25, 26, 27, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 38, 41, 42, 44 to 50, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60 and 61 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Neither A.D. card nor unserved covers have not been received back from respondent Nos. 1, 6 to 9, 12 to 14, 16, 17, 28, 30, 36, 37, 39, 40, 43, 51 to 54 and 62. Counsel for the petitioners have not filed proof of service on the standing counsel for the State of Maharashtra i.e. respondent No. 1 so far.

Service of notice is not complete.

SLP (C) NOS. 9529, 9848 AND 11687 OF 2015

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th April, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard learned counsel for the parties. I.A. No.2, application for amendment of SLP in SLP (C) No. 9529 of 2015 is allowed. List the SLP (C) No. 7882 of 2015 and connected matters. At the joint request of learned senior counsel/learned counsel for the parties, list these matters in the first week of August, 2015."

It is submitted that Mr. Shiv Sagar Tiwari, counsel for the petitioner in SLP (C) No. 9529 of 2015 has on 08.08.2015 filed Amended Petition alongwith application for exemption from filing certified copy of the Impunged Judgement and the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Chirag M. Shroff, Advocate in SLP (C) No. 9848 of 2015 has filed Affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 12 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. E. C. Agrawala, Advocate for the Petitioner in SLP (C) No. 9848 of 2015 has filed Convenience Compilation in Vols. (1 to 3) with the permission of the Hon'ble Court and the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
