UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that the written statement was filed in July, 2017 and replication, if any, has not yet been filed.
If the petitioners desire to file a replication, they may do so within two weeks. Time will not be extended in any circumstances.
It is stated that Respondent No.26 has since passed away. Necessary steps be taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased on record.
We once again reiterate that there is no stay in the proceedings pending in the Bombay High Court which should continue.
