It is submited that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 28th September, 2016 filed the proof of publication along with the affidavit which shows that show cause notice have been published in two newspapers, but no one has filed Vakalatnama / Appearance on behalf of the sole respondent so far. Service of notice is complete.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of publication alongwtih affidavit in respect of sole respondent so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sunny Choudhary, Advocate has on 25th October, 2016 filed Vakalatnama / Appearance on behalf of the sole respondent but he has not filed the counter affidavit so far. Service of notice is complete.

It is lastly submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for ammendment of cause title along with certificate of incorporation as the stamp affixed in Vakalatnama / Appearance shows that the name of sole respondent company has been changed from M/s. Yash Air Ltd. to M/s. Centaur Aviation Academy Ltd.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court. Dated this the 27th Day of October, 2016.
