Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the sole respondent.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the sole respondent shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of four weeks. List again on 6.4.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 2nd March, 2016 filed an affidavit with Panchnama that the sole respondent Company has left the premises three and five years ago respectively in the above mentioned matters and their present address is not known to anyone. The counsel for the petitioner has not furnished fresh address of the sole respondent despite this Registry's request to issue fresh dasti notice for effecting service on unserved sole respondent in both the matters so far.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 3rd March, 2016 filed a letter for issue of dasti notice to be served on unserved sole respondent.

Accordingly, dasti notice was issued on 10th March, 2016 for effecting service on the unserved sole respondent with a request to file affidavit of service alongwith proof of service, but the counsel for the petitioner has not filed afidavit of service alongwith proof of service in respect of unserved sole respondent so far.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court. Dated this the 5th Day of April, 2016.
