The office report was listed before Ld. Registrar Court on 18th August, 2015, when the following Order was passed:
"Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved sole respondent shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner withi a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served. List again on 4.11.2015."
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter on 20th August, 2015, Stating therein that Dasti notice for service on the sole unserved respondent may be issued. Accordingly Dasti notice was handed over to the counsel for the petitioner on 11th September, 2015. The counsel for the petitioner has on 17th October, 2015 filed affidavit of service along with proof of service which shows that the sole respondent refused to accept notice and the said notice alongwith copy of SLP affixed on the gate of Hanger No. 3 belonging to the party under a proper panchnama but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said sole respondent so far.
The office report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court.
