CIVIL APPEAL NO. 8197/2018:-

The Civil Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn, in terms of the signed order.

CIVIL APPEAL No.5290/2019:-

By order dated 12-09-2023 passed by the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, the Registry was directed to verify whether the deficit court fee of Rs.2,61,000/- has been paid by the appellant.

As per the Office Report dated 09-10-2023, learned counsel appearing for the appellant has on 15-09-2023 filed the deficit Court fee.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to process the matter further as per procedure.
