The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 15th December, 2016 when following order was passed:

"Name of sole respondent has been changed. Ld.Counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks, as last chance file proper I.A. for amendment of cause title and also serve copy of the pleadings to the respondent to enable him to file counter affidavit within the same period. List again on 30.1.2017."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for amendment of cause title.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 10th November, 2016 filed proof of service after serving the copy of SLP to the counsel for the sole respondent but the counsel for the sole respondent has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Service is complete.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court.
